1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Items
We accept returns for:

Items in original packaging with all tags and components

Orders accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or special orders

Used, damaged, or installed items

Clearance or final sale products
3. Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.
We recommend contacting us before placing a large or custom order if you're unsure about compatibility.
4. Return Process
To start a return:

Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.

The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
